As a "hands-on" business person and educator with over 20 years in real estate, Susan´s problem-solving skills are used in sales and marketing strategies, finance, and negotiations.  She pledges to provide you with the highest quality of service through timely response, excellent information, ease and understanding of the transaction, and delivery.

Using her experience as a former CEO and founder of a technology company, and the principal/partner of 3 consulting companies over the last 25 years, she understands the needs of families, singles, and seniors trying to create equity, preserve equity, and balance financial assets.

Susan is a member of Alain Pinel's President's Club, certified as a Pensco Preferred Professional to assist investors in purchasing real estate for their IRA and 401K accounts, and holds the SRES and CRP designations.  She is a Certified Relocation Professional and provides services to Senior market.  Susan has served as a Partner at Ernst and Young, an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California and Stanford University Graduate School of Business where she taught Business Planning and Real Estate Finance.  She has authored numerous articles on real estate and co-authored Fundamentals of Economic Development Finance published by Sage Publications in 2001.

Susan received her B.A. in Political Science, Distinction with Highest Honors from the University of North Carolina.  She received her Master´s in City Planning at the University of California, Berkeley, and was a Graduate Exchange Student at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.  Her professional affiliations include membership in the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, San Mateo County Association of Realtors, and the International Society of Technology Educators.
